I'm Mari AKA mari m live in Sydney Australia.

I love the sea and am a strange person who is always
smiling and talking to birds and roadside weeds.

I was born and raised in Japan,
but I have been living in Sydney with my husband for decades.

@mari-m-the-child-of-the-light (YouTube channel, Gratitude for the light of love), and mari@Gratitude for the light of love (Ameba).

When I had Google+, I was able to express quite a bit about who I am, but now, in June 2025, when I look at this site, it seems like the things I really love are hidden by all sorts of other things. I feel like people can't really understand who I am by looking at this site.
Recently, something wonderful happened that made me realize that.
So, from now on, I've decided to post the photos that I really want to take and edit.
I'm going to write about events that have had an impact on my spiritual growth, such as big miracles that have happened in my life, daily synchronicities and small miracles, that are not directly related to photography, on my Ameba blog, which I just started in June 2025.

LASTLY

I would be very happy if you could enjoy even a little of any of the photos on this site.

I took a lot of my photos of the sea, ripples, clouds, birds, and other nature-related photos, and I have a lot of these photos that I really like..
And most of them are still before the editing stages.
I'm slow and so I would not update very often.
But now I am exciting to finish them and add them one by one to this site.
So I would be so happy if you would come back to check them sometime later, if you would like…

2025年6月、いま、このサイトを見ても、
ほんとうのわたしが大好きなのはこれって

いうものは、いろいろな別の種類のものに
隠れてしまっているように見えました。

このサイトを見ても、ほんとうのわたしが
どういうひとなのか、
わかってもらえないんじゃないかな、って。

最近、そのことを気がつかせてくれる、
素敵なことがありました。

これからは、ほんとうのわたしが撮りたい写真、
編集したい写真はこれ、というものを
掲載していこうって決めました。
写真とは直接関係ない、人生に起こった大きな奇跡、
日々のシンクロや小さな奇跡、など、
わたしの魂の成長に影響した出来事などについては
2025年6月に始めたばかりのAmebaブログの方へ
書いていこうと思っています。
